Carrying the baby all up the front gives a gender prediction of a boy; but if there is also weight put on around the hips and buttocks too, that is a prediction of a baby girl.

Face shape Yes, believe it or not, some people think you can make a gender prediction of the unborn baby by the shape of the pregnant woman's face. The slimmer your face, the more likely it is that you are going to have a boy, it's predicted.

Cravings Craving sweet things is a prediction of a girl; after all - girls are made of 'sugar and spice and all things nice'!

Of course, nowadays you can check out all these traditional gender prediction methods with the more scientific methods, but they are still an awful lot of fun to do!
